All control hardware is loaded inside the unit in

the same condition we purchased it.

We will require a written plan from your rigger on

how they would plan to dismantle the building if required,

and moving the vessel out into the street.

The sale will be conditional upon the sellers approval

of the buyers rigging and freight plan.

The buyer is required to use a licensed and

bonded rigging company. The seller and

it's landlord shall be listed as additional insured

on the rigger's insurance policy.
