2005 Cleaver Brooks CBI-400-700-125

This is a CBI-400-700-125 Hot water boiler.

Runs on Natural Gas and #2 OIL

The boiler motor has been remove to protect it from the elements it is currently set up for 575 voltage but will be converted to 460 voltage on shipping.

The Boiler back door was repaired with a full re-pour 2 years ago!

Boiler has Honeywell controls 7800

Second pass on this boiler is in need of repair due to leaks other than that boiler is in great condition!
