Cleaver Brook 500 HP 200 PSI Steam Boiler

One (1) 1985 500 HP Cleaver Brooks, 4 pass dry-back, natural gas and No. 2 oil fired, 200 PSI design pressure. The boiler has been cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside. New blowdown valves have been installed and PP Certified. The pressure vessel and tubes, trim piping, and blowdown piping and valves have been hydrostatically tested. New fireside and waterside gaskets have been installed. New Fireye 7800L Flame Safeguard Controls have been installed. New Honeywell High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit steam pressure controls have been installed. New relief valves will be shipped loose for field installation. The boiler has been electrically and mechanically checked throughout to identify and replace any defective components. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition and that the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on the controls.
