2017 Mobile / Portable Hot Water Boiler System / Rental Hot water boiler

Self-Contained Hot Water Boiler System installed in a 40' long connex box. This was used to supply temporary hot water for heating purposes to a large commercial building during the winter of 2018. All equipment was purchased new and the system has approximately 5 months of use. Capacity: 8,000,000 BTUH, 800 GPM @ 85' head. Voltage 460/3/06 with transformer to 120/1/60 for lighting, controls, and boilers. Contents: (2) new high efficiency RBI Futura XLF 4000 gas fired boilers 4,000,000 BTU/hr. each. (2) Patterson Pump model V6C11A-CC-VIL - 802 GPM @ 85' TDH, 25 HP, 1800 RPM, PE motor, ODP enclosure 460/3/60. Connex box is completely piped with 6" hot water supply and return piping, 5" natural gas piping, air separator, expansion tank, relief valves, VFD on one pump, manual starter on back up pump. The unit was designed to operate on low pressure natural gas down to 7" W.C. with a 10:1 turn down on the boilers. The unit was designed to park near the facility being served, connect hot water supply and return piping, gas piping, and single point 460 volt electrical power connection to a unit mounted disconnect. Turn the system on, set the desired hot water temperature (up to 180F), set system operating pressure up to 85' TDH and you are ready to heat the facility.
