1995 Cleaver Brooks CBLE 150 PSI 150 HP Steam Boiler

One (1) 1995 150 HP Cleaver Brooks CBLE, 4 pass-dry back, 150 PSI design pressure, natural gas and No. 2 oil fired. The boiler has been cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. New fireside and waterside gaskets will be installed. The boiler pressure vessel, tubes, piping, and blowdown valves has been hydrostatically tested. New waterside and fireside gaskets have been installed. New control and electrical panels have been installed. The boiler has been completely re-wired. New Fireye Burner Logic Flame Safeguard Controls have been installed. New Honeywell High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit steam pressure controls have been installed. New safety relief valves will ship loose for field installation. The boiler has been electrically and mechanically checked to identify and replace any defective components. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition, and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on controls.

Price is based on the boiler being wired for 460/3/60 VAC power and "on/off" pump control for water level control.

The price is for the boiler only. No support equipment is included. No steam outlet valves are included.
